How to spot a scam Internet earning program? Most Internet scams can easily be avoided. For example, many scam websites provide payment proof on their websites. If you look at the date of the checks, you will find it too old. The scammer may be claiming to earn $10000 per month and the check proof they provide would be only for $100 or so and the check issued date would be 2 or 3 years ago. It is obvious they can’t make more than $100 and they are not making even that amount currently.

Forums and discussion website: There are some websites like Mylot and Digital Point where you can discuss with other members to know the credibility of a website. For example, if you want to know whether ReadBud is scam, you can find it from the other members of these forums and discussion websites.

Google and find: if you want to know whether ReadBud is scam, you can google ‘readbud scam’ and see the results. If you find more articles telling it’s scam, then it’s scam.

How to say a writing site is turning into scam? If the site is getting huge page views and paying poor rewards to the writers, it may be turning into a scam. If the site doesn’t listen to its members, it may be turning into scam. If the site is not updating the page views purposely, it’s a scam site. 

All paying sites needn’t be legit: Some websites do pay its members regularly. Still, we can’t say they are legit. For example, companies such as Google, Mturk etc do pay their members. However, they take their members for a ride and ban them just like that without giving proper warning or reason. How can we tag these companies as legitimate.
