How to Freeze a Beer in Just Two Minutes
Incredible technique to freeze beer in just 2-3 minutes.
Saturday night, you go to the market and buy some beer cans, but as you just bought them they are warm, yes warm! Everyone knows that drinking warm beer its just as nasty as easting poo. How do you freeze it?
The coldest source of the house it’s the freezer, but it would take about half an hour or more to get the cans iced, and ready to drink. But as homer would say “I want it know!” Can we do something? Its there a way to fasten the process? YES there is!
Putting the can in the freezer would take about 20 – 30 minutes for it to freeze, but see if instead of putting it alone you put it with the following:
- In a recipient with water and ice: 3 – 5 minutes
- And if you put salt into that water: just 2 minutes!!!
I proved this myself yesterday, and it really works. Just by putting the can in a bowl with water, salt and 2 ice cubes … 2-3 minutes… and the can passed from 18o C to have ice cubes inside of the can!
This technique (the one of the water, salt and ice cubes) is mostly used in hotels to freeze and to keep cold the champagne.
You will never have warm beer before a party!

Just a quickie, beer isn’t supposed to be frozen when served? Ice cubes inside isn’t right. Most beer should be served between 2-4 degrees centigrade
