Carrot Cake for The Family!
Spring is here. So it’s time to make delicious deserts!!

Carrot Cake.
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon soda for cooking
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon sea salt
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
¾ cup sunflower oil
1 cup grated carrots
½ cup raisins
½ cup nuts.
Making the cake:
We heat the oven at 175 degrees. We mix the flour with the baking powder, the soda, the cinnamon and the salt. We beat at the mixer the sugar with the eggs for 2 minutes. Next we add the oil and we continue for 1 minute. Then we add the mix of flour, baking powder, soda and salt at the mixer for 2 more minutes. Finally we add the raisins and the carrots. We put all this in a pan, covered with butter, and we bake for 40 minutes.
We the cake is cold we coat it with cream cheese.
For the cream cheese we need:
450 gr cream cheese
170 gr butter
110 gr caster sugar
Preparation of the cream:
We beat at the mixer the butter with the sugar and then we add the cheese until all the ingredients blend well together. We cover our cake!
