How to fry the fish without getting the hot oil splattered

It is quite frustrating to protect yourself from the splattered hot oil when you are frying fish. I used pots and pans’ lid as my shield before and picture of that! One day a friend of mine told me a good tip. Before you place the fish on the hot oil, rubbing the salt on the fish first. Doing so, you won’t have to worry dodging away from the splattering hot oil again.

Making Hard Boiled Egg is Easy but What about Remaining Flavors and Nutrients

You may think nothing is easier than making a hard boiled egg but to make the best hard boiled eggs, takes some tips. By following the tips, you will have tasty and nutritional hard boil eggs any time you want.

Starting from put the eggs into a pot of room-temperature water and then put on the low heat stove. It takes about 20 minutes for the eggs to be cooked. After that you can put the egg in the ice cold water. Doing so will help you peal the eggshell easier too. Now, you’ll have the best hard boiled eggs ever.

Egg White Can Heal Immediate Burned Wound

When you work around the kitchen, there are always chances to get burned, for example, from hot water, hot oil, hot pots and pans and so forth. What you can easily find to help healing the burned wound as the first aid is egg whites. The faster you use egg white with the wound the better.

You can rub or softly pat the egg whites on the burned wound and leave it on till dry. If you do so immediately right after the incident, you skin won’t show much red or not show at all.

Note: don’t let the wound touch anything else before putting the egg white on.
