Tomato Madril
Tomato Madrilène is tasty recipe.
Ingredients:
1 envelope (tbsp) gelatin
1 – ¼ cups beef broth
3 cups tomato juice
¼ tbsp white pepper
Procedure:
Soften the gelatin in ½ cup cold broth. Heat the remaining broth and stir in the gelatin until dissolved. Add the tomato juice and pepper. Chill until jellied, about 5 hours.
Serves 4.
