- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 10 ounces of warm water
(Toppings):
- 1 can of tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1 can of fat free refried beans
- 1/4 lbs onion (chopped)
- 1/2 lbs ground beef

3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and drain the excess fat. Season with some salt and pepper to taste and add a small amount of water.
4. Preheat the oven at 400 degrees F or 200 degrees C.
5. When the dough is set, form into taco shells and mix (2) and (3) ingredients topped with the shredded cheddar cheese.
