Sweet and Sour Sausage Balls

2 pounds pork sausage
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
Mix well. Form small balls the size of walnuts. Saute in heavy skillet until brown. Combine 1 1/2 cups ketchup, not quite 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed), 1/4 cup white wine vinegar, and 1/4 cup soy sauce. Pour sauce over meatballs. Simmer 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serve hot. Makes 4 dozen. Can be frozen and reheated.
