Sushisamba: Sushi Samba NYC

Sushisamba is a restaurant that caters to people who like Brazilian, Japanese and Peruvian food.

It has branches in Chicago, Las Vegas, London, New York and Miami. It is open for both lunch and dinner. If you like exotic drinks, you will get it there. They serve sho chu, fruit cocktails and cachaca.

In the summer or anytime at all, if you are in the mood for grilled food, you can choose from lamb chops with guava ponzo or filet mignon with garlic, soy and ginger. All types of delicious meats and seafood are marinated and then roasted over an open fire.

They also have interesting desserts such as mango and sake gelee and doce de leite ice cream. Doce de leite is a Brazilian sweet consisting of sweetened milk that is boiled into a creamy paste.

Sushi and Sake 101

Sushi and Sake 101 is a special course that Sushisamba holds for its patrons. In this course, participants can learn how to make their own sushi. They gain insider tips from Sushisamba chefs and learn how to choose the freshest fish to be used safely in sushi. They are also exposed to the differences among different types of sushi and learn how to use sushi making tools well so they can successfully prepare their own at home.

During the course you will be able to snack on all kinds of delicious Japanese food, including:

Tempura

Sushi

Sashimi

Edamame

You will also be able to drink hot and cold sake.
