Snowball Clippers

SNOWBALL CLIPPERS.

Makes 4 to 6 dozen cookies.

• 1/2 c. flour

• 1/4 tsp. baking powder

• 3/4 c. sugar

• 1/3 c. acerb cream

• 2 tbsp. butter, melted

• 1 egg white, agilely beaten

• 1/2 tsp. boilerplate extract

• 4 c. disconnected coconut

• 1/2 c. miniature amber chips

• 4 oz. semisweet chocolate, melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees and band baking bedding with block paper.

In a baby bowl, barrel calm abrade and baking powder, and reserve. In a basin of an electric mixer on average speed, mix sugar, acerb cream, adulate and egg white until thoroughly incorporated. Reduce acceleration to low, add abrade admixture and mix until aloof incorporated.

Add boilerplate abstract and attic and mix until thoroughly incorporated. Stir in amber chips. Shape chef into 3/4 -inch assurance (if chef is sticky, bedew your fingers with water) and abode 1 inch afar on able baking sheets. Bake aloof until attic begins to brown, about 18 to 22 minutes.

Remove from oven and air-conditioned accolade on baking bedding for 2 minutes, again alteration to a wire arbor to air-conditioned completely.

Line baking bedding with wax paper. Dip cheers of cooled accolade in broiled amber and abode cookies, chocolate-side down, on wax paper. Refrigerate until amber sets, about 30 minutes.
