Snappy Banana Ginger Yogurt
If you like ginger and you like bananas you are going to love this delicious and
a little bit zippy snack or dessert; what is more, it is actually good for you.
BANANA GINGER YOGURT
This recipe is about as quick and easy as it gets and it
is really good any time of day.
In a mixing bowl combine and mix to blend
2 cups vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
6-8 gingersnap cookies crushed medium fine
1 Tbsp. wheat germ
1 Tbsp. ginger honey
Slice, sprinkle lightly with lemon juice and fold in
2 bananas
Divide into serving dishes and chill before serving
Garnish with a spoonful of vanilla yogurt on top and
a sprinkle of chopped seedless raisins and a whole ginger cookie on the side

Sounds great I love ginger. Especially when I have a belly ache which seems to be the last three days twice a day. Have to go to the store for the ingredients of this great recipe…. bye!
