Sister’s Chili Cheese Taco Chips
Sister makes this recipe for her kids and honey, they just love it. And I do too to tell you the truth. I say to sister, sister will you make me a bowl of them good Chili Cheese Taco Chips? I just about get down on my knees, I really do. Most of the time sister says, if you want any you go on home and make some yourself, but sometimes she’s in a good mood and makes me a bowl to carry home with me. You just ought to see me and LeRoy chow down on sister’s good food. Sister is the cook in our family. Don’t tell her I’ve been blabbing. Sister don’t like me talking about her.( Do I have to say this is all in fun?)

Sisters chili cheese Taco Chips
Ingredients
6 cups baked scoop shaped tortilla chips
3/4 cup freshly shredded chedder cheese
1/4 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
1 cup vegetarian chili, warmed
1 cup shredded iceburg lettuce
Place 3 cups chips on a microwave safe dish and sprinkle with half of the chedder and pepper jack cheese. Drop half the chili by tablespoonfulls on chips, microwave for one minute.
Top with second layer of chips, cheeses and chili and microwave for one minute. Sprinkle with lettuce and serve.
