Secret for Great Burgers
My best advice for hamburgers.

Not my typical post, but here it goes. I love to grill and go to cook outs but I hate when people serve awful hamburgers. Most of the time three things come to mind:
Burnt!!!
Dry!!!
Black!!!
Oily!!! I’m gonna get fat!!!
In this one ingredient lies the cure for all of the above disasters. LEMON JUICE. All you do is sprinkle some lemon juice on the burger on both sides while grilling it.
Why does this work? Well the acid in the lemon juice neutralizes the oily taste and moistens the burger. This effect reduces the burnt, black burger, the oily burger, and the dry burger. It gives you a nice moist, delicious meal.
P.S. use 85% burgers for optimum taste.

Thanks for the tip, my cousin uses honey and soya sauce to help stop the burger and chicken wings from becoming dry, and burnt, it’s also very tasty.
