Scottish Favorite | Sausage Stuffing
This recipe is different to the type of stuffing you may be used to, and is a tasty alternative. This one almost resembles a meatloaf, but is made with pork.
You will need: Loaf pan
Ingredients
2 packs sausage meat (Small) OR 1 large pack
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 cup oats
1 apple (Chopped)
1 onion (Chopped)
1 Tablespoon Dried Sage
2 eggs (beaten)
Salt and Pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine sausage meat, garlic, oats, apple, onion, sage, eggs, salt and pepper. When mixture is sufficiently mixed, pack into loaf pan and bake for 40 – 50 minutes. Leave to cool, remove from pan, and slice to desired thickness.
Serve with Turkey dinner.
Alternative: Instead of packing into a loaf pan, try rolling into stuffing balls. Reduce baking time to 25-30 minutes.
