Sassy Water
Sassy Water a new way to drink healthy.
I have never been a fan of such things as so-called new diets. However, this one may just work.
Get off your fat backside and move you lard arsed burger eating lump of lazy slob.
It is simple really, even if some of you may feel a little sensitive about the above sentence.
Here’s the thing, if you eat too much and move too little you get what is know technically as FAT.
However, if you eat only what you need to eat and sensibly and remain active you should be able to shift your fat buttocks from the sofa long enough to have a walk. Yes, you read that right. You don’t need a lot of gym equipment, in-fact, you don’t need any at all. What you do need however is to stop being a last fat git put the pies and or burgers down and move.
Don’t take my word for it. Go and consult your doctor and they will be happy to give you a diet sheet. FYI consulting a health professional is always advisable.
These people can assist you and will listen to any health concerns you have.
It’s the sensible way people.
What about Sassy Water?
Well looking at the recipe it looks amazingly similar to tap water but with things floating around in it.
Still, if so many people are swearing by it and not at it then who am I to say whether it works or not?
That sounded convincing even to me.
Let me tell you I don’t think that this Sassy water is anything other than water with things floating in it. However, it may be of benefit. The unfortunate thing is I don’t like any of the ingredients listed below.
So that’s me out of the running. Ah, but wait…what if I actually consumed water. Plain old fashioned, or what I like to call, traditional Adam’s Ale. That’s also water to you and me folks.
Yes, I know it sounds radical, you know not being greedy and consuming chips for no sake other than they’re there but keeping to a healthy diet as I possibly can, AND keeping active, is like way radical dude but for thousands of years this has worked.
There will be millions more ideas and that’s great. If this Sassy water gets people to drink water and less fizzy soda then it can’t be all bad can it.
If any of you would like to try Sassy water, the ‘recipe’ is below.
- 2 litres/3½ pints water
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 medium lemon, thinly sliced
- 12 mint leaves
Please let me know how you got on.

Good article! I found myself laughing while I was reading it. You certainly do have a way of grabbing your readers’ attention. I have never heard of this water before. I drink water all of the time so I don’t have any problem trying this out.
