Roast Duck is one of the most famous Chinese culinary dishes. With its golden brown color, crispy skin and tender meat, roast duck is known as one of the best dish in China. A visit to China is not complete without trying Chinese dishes especially the roast duck.
There are two method of roasting the duck. The first method is by roasting the duck in the open oven for 60 minutes. Initially the duck is marinated in some special sauce before roasting it in hot air oven. The height of the duck above the fire that makes the different between a good roasted duck and ordinary one. The second method is by boiling the duck first then roasts it in the fire. The purpose of boiling it is to make the meat tender.
There are different methods of eating this special duck. Some just serve the roast duck with garlic sauce, onion and pancake. Some restaurant just serves the roast duck with fried rice. Roast duck can be eaten as it is .Roast duck can be serve with other vegetables. Roast duck can be used to make duck soup.
