Recipes That are Delicious
Hello friends, when you think of recipes.. you picture lots of cooking oil, butter and frying, baking, etc. Depending on what you are making, of course…
However, not so. Consider 0 calorie cooking spray (canola oil). 0 calorie butter spray.
lots of vegetables… red peppers, green peppers, whole canned tomatoes,
and bagged veggies such as cabbage, etc… and some
chicken breast that is de-thawed ready to be lightly fryed until light brown..
then add the veggies in it.. and same way.
spray some butter spray frequently.. and a pinch of calcium salt to that
by the way these ingredients are in a stir fry or reg. fry pan does not matter.
Also, consider not using soy sauce. that adds more calories and salt to your meal
which will fill your skin up with extra water. That you don’t need.
When you are happy with the out come of your meal color and taste.. place it
on a beautiful plate for presentation and never forget the salad also. The more
garden foods you eat the better. Fiber, antioxidents, etc the better
Consider also a fat free dressing. The lower the calories, fats, that are on top
of the label on the bottle. The better. You want the increase the number on the
bottom of the bottle.. fiber, iron, protein,…
