Pie Fillings Part One

Here is a Lemon filling you can pipe into homemade pies.

LEMON FILLING

In a large bowl combine 4 large eggswww.sarahhgail.net/life/chicken-or-egg

with 2 cups granulated sugarSplenda No-Calorie Sweetener, Granulated, 1.9-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 12)www.amazon.com

and beat until thick and light colored.

Beat a 1/3 cup all purpose flour

Kim Kardashian Flour

6 Tablespoons lemon juice concentrate

and 1 teaspoon lemon juice.  (This filling is to be poured over a partially baked pie crust and baked until set and firm to the touch.
