1 whole breast of chicken, cooked and shredded
1/2 head cabbage, thinly sliced
3 green onions, with tops, chopped
2 tablespoons toasted white sesame seeds
2 tablespoons toasted slivered almonds
1 package ramen noodles, crushed to bite size
add mushrooms, if desired
Toast seeds, nuts, and noodles, add just before serving with dressing and toss.
mix and use to taste
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 teaspoons japanese rice wine vinegar
Dressing, cabbage, chicken, and onion can be done ahead.
