The benefits of Organic foods.

Organic foods are better for you and the environment than non-organic foods. I have found that eating organic foods has given me more energy and helped my body function better. I cannot explain how much better I feel simply because I have been eating more organic foods, even if it is just cereal in the morning.

One product that is less expensive but great organic product is Nature’s Path cereals. There are even cereals for children to help them to start eating healthier at a young age. Organic foods, Nature’s Path included help give you the daily recommended amounts of fiber, vitamin C and other much needed vitamins and minerals. Many times our bodies are crying out for these nutrients and organic foods can give them that.

Organic foods are not made with pesticides, additives, or herbicides. This means that there are no chemicals going into not only the foods, but also the soil, water, and air. It helps reduce the pollution and helps keep our plante happy and healthy as well as our own bodies. SInce the animals that eat the grass and hay are not getting these pesticides and chemicals, their meats aren’t getting them as well, so there are less chances of humans getting diseases from the things we eat.
