My Diary – 8Th of June 2012

Hello everyone, it’s time for a new diary / journal entry!

The 8th of June I woke up with my amazing girlfriend. I didn’t spent a lot of time with her though because she was going out to town to meet a good friend that she hadn’t seen for a long time. So shortly after we had awakened she made herself ready and we bid farewell.

Then I just lay down and relaxed a little longer with our 2 cute dogs. But not for long, I soon took myself together and got up and ate some pizza from yesterday. It was delicious! 

The weather started out pretty bad. It was dark and rainy, but then the sun finally began to shine and with the sunshine and warmth came the costumers to our shop. But you can’t be lucky everyday. I had 2 costumers but none bought anything, but that’s not something to be sad about that’s just how things go sometimes. The first costumer was a German so on the bright side I practised my German. The second customers were an elderly couple but they didn’t find anything they could use either.

At one time when I was inside the house something crazy happened. I heard some weird flapping sound and I looked around expected to see some sort of big bug, but lo and behold a fricking bird was inside the room! I bet the poor thing was near scared to death it flew violently around and hit the walls and everything. I quickly got out of the room and took the dogs into another room, because I understood our presence with the bird would only make the timid creature more afraid. The bird was standing still on the coach where I had sat seconds before. I opened the window wider and whistled to the bird in a soft voice to try and communicate to it that everything was okay, while I was standing halfway down the stairs. Then before I could think it flew out of the window. I was relieved the little creature was okay.

Then after a few hours my girlfriend came home with her friend and we got to know each other a little bit. He seemed like a fun and nice guy. Then my girlfriend fixed us some pie that we ate. And what a pie! I tell you, this pie was like a piece of heaven. I really, really like my girlfriend’s cooking skills and her pies are honestly some of the best food I’ve ever tasted. Then her friend was taken home and we quickly fell asleep and waited for a new day to dawn…
