Mist Brownies
Another yummy brownie recipe.
Mist Brownies
Ingredients:
Brownie mix:
- 1/2 cup Sweet cream butter
- 2 oz Unsweetened butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3/4 cup All purpose flour
- 2 Eggs
Filling:
- 2 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
- 3 1/2 tbsp Sweet cream butter
- 1 pk Cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp Peppermint extract
Topping:
- 1 oz Unsweetened chocolate
Ingredients:
Preheat oven 350%. In saucepan combine 1/2 cup butter and 2 oz chocolate. Cook over heat, stir constantly until melted. Stir un remaining brownie ingredients, mix well.
Spread into greased 9 inch square pan. Bake until brownie begins to unstick from sides of pan. Cool for about 30 min in fridge.
In a small bowl combine all filling ingredients except chocolate. Beat until light and fluffy, scrapping off sides as often as needed. Spread over brownies and drizzle with melted chocolate topping. Cut into squares.
