Lisa’s Layered Brownies
Here is one of my favorite brownie recipes by my favorite person who makes them for me. YUmmmmmmy!
3/4 cup all purpose flor
3/4 cup baking cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup sliced butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar packed
3 divided eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Mix together flour, cocoa and salt in a bowl, set aside. In another bowl, blend together butter and sugar until creamy. Add 2 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Reserve 3/4 cup batter. Spread remaining batter into a greased “8 x “8 baking pan. Sprinkle pecans & white chocolate chips over batter. Drizzle caramel topping over top. Beat remaining egg into reserved batter until light in color. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread evenly over caramel topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes . Cool and cut into squares. Makes about 12 to 16.
