Christopher Luth SEC, also known as Chris Luth is a business person and owns his own restaurant, a steakhouse. Chris is also a self-confessed foodie, which implies he loves good food. He lives in the City of Chicago in Illinois where he operates his steakhouse. While the restaurant may be small, the food is always excellent and the dishes absolutely delicious.
He has a deep understanding of how food should taste and what good food should be like. He strongly believes flavor should always be second to none. Many years back, he used to work at his Grandma’s restaurant and often wished that he would one day own his very own restaurant.
His passion for food has led Chris Luth to become a freelance food writer. This is what he does apart from running the restaurant. The steakhouse he operates is known as the Highview Point and he co-owns it with a childhood friend. The restaurant was founded about five years ago and has today made its name among Chicago’s most loved and best known restaurants. In fact, his passion for food has not always been with him. As a child, he never enjoyed eating vegetables. His parents were surprised to watch him enjoy vegetables as an adult at his restaurant. He loves to joke that cooking is his second hobby, his first being eating the food. This however, shows the kind of passion he possesses in everything to do with food. At his steak house, he never cuts corners and will never compromise on quality. His customers will always receive the best and most amazing dishes.
Christopher Luth SEC learned a lot from his grandma; for example, many kids loathe the sight of vegetables. Yet, if these vegetables were well prepared, kids would actually love them. If vegetables are undercooked, they are not as delicious but if they are overcooked, they can be unpalatable. Vegetables that are properly cooked with all flavors and using proper cooking methods can be quite delicious. Such tips, learnt from his grandmother and many others acquired over the years have made Chris a respected and much loved restaurateur as well as a marvelous cook. His blogs and writing continue to attract many visitors while his food remains a favorite to diners at his Windy City restaurant.
