8 ounce can of pizza sauce
10 slices mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon oregano
Sliced mushrooms, green peppers, pepperoni or additional ingredients of your choice, sliced
Arrange bagels on a baking sheet and bake in oven for a few minutes. Remove from oven and spread 1 teaspoon pizza sauce on each half of bagel. Add sliced ingredients of your choice and cover with one slice of mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with oregano and return to oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cheese melts and begins to bubble.

2 sticks butter
2 cups dark brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 quarts popcorn, popped
3/4 pound pecan halves
Melt butter. Stir in sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil without stirring for 5 minutes and then remove from heat. Stir in baking soda and vanilla. Gradually pour over popcorn and pecans, mixing well. Turn mixture onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and break into small pieces.

1 6 ounce package chocolate chips
1 6 ounce package butterscotch chips
