Do you like fast Junk.
People are busy to work, people are busy with social life, people are busy with life issues and people are busy with many things in life that we forget to eat or drink.
So thats how the fast food company started to control our life, affect our life and our families lifes.
But as this happened, science told us that there is risk from eating these foods in high quantity, as this food contain much chemicals and preservatives, which after some time it will affect your health and make you sick and unable even to stop eating this food as it contain some items that will make people addict to it. so what can you do if you are busy and you need to attend your work or if you just reached home and you are hungry or the kids are waiting for the food while you are just home after the work?
the answer is to cook a day before or at the weekend in big quantity to eat at least 5 days a week and you can eat the junk food 2 times every week.
