A simple and convenient way to make hard boiled eggs.
The conventional way of making hard boiled eggs is to put them in a pot of water, cover with lid and then bring the water to boiling point.
In the process, do you sometimes encountered eggs cracking and the contents of the egg spilling into the water and making a mess?
Do you have to watch over the eggs and make sure the water does not boil over or that the eggs are not over cooked?
Did you know that by using your rice cooker you can cook your rice and make perfect hard boiled eggs at the same time?

Here’s how you do it:
Prepare to cook 1 or 2 cups of rice in your rice cooker as per your usual requirement.
Take 3 to 4 eggs
Wash and clean them thoroughly
Place them in a shallow bowl and add a tablespoon of water into the bowl
Place a steamer over the rice
Put the bowl of eggs in the steamer
Cook your rice as per normal
Voila, when your rice is done so are your hard boiled eggs.
The hard boiled eggs will turn out perfect each and every time.
Nice and hot. Ready to eat.
Just peel off the shell and eat them with some dark soy sauce.
Hmmm, they taste so delicious.
Or you could remove the shells and keep the eggs for making delicious egg salad sandwiches later.
