Kitchen Supplies
Small saucepan
Small mixing bowl
Electric mixer
Rubber spatula
Large mixing bowl
Spoon

Ingredients
1/2 cup water
1 (7.2 ounces) package of fluffy white frosting
1/3 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
Heat 1/2 cup water just to boiling in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Pour boiling water into a small mixer bowl. Add the frosting mix, corn syrup and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Beat ingredients, about 5 minutes, on high speed until stiff peaks form. Turn off the mixer occasionally and scrape the side of the bowl with the spatula.
Empty the mixture into the large mixing bowl and gradually beat in the powdered sugar set on low speed.
Stir in 1 cup of chopped nuts. Drop teaspoonfuls about 1 inch apart onto the waxed paper. Let stand until the surface of the candies feels firm, and then turn them over and them stand for at least 12 hours to dry. Store leftovers in the freezer or in a container with a tight cover.
Press a walnut half or candied a maraschino cherry in the middle of each piece for a professional look!!
Delicious Strawberry Bars

Square baking pan, 9×9x2 inches
Ingredients
32 large marshmallows or 3 cups of mini-marshmallows
1/2 cup instant nonfat dry milk
1/2 cup strawberry flavored milk mix
4 cups toasted oat cereal
1 cup flaked coconut
Grease the baking pan with some butter or margarine.
Heat 1/2 cup butter, 3 cups mini-marshmallows, 1/2 cup dry milk mix and 1/2 cup milk mix in a saucepan over low heat until smooth, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Stir 4 cups of cereal and 1 cup of coconut until coated. Empty into the buttered pan. Rub a little butter on the back of the spoon to pat the mixture evenly in the pan. Cool, and then cut into 1 to 1 1/2 inch squares.
Easy Chocolate Peanutty Snacks

Medium bowl

Cookie Sheet
Ingredients
4 square graham crackers
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup instant nonfat dry milk
3 tablespoons water
Crush 3 or 4 graham crackers with a rolling pin or with your fingers.
Mix the remaining ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.
Shape teaspoonfuls of the mixture into 1-1 1/2 inch balls. Roll the balls in the graham cracker crumbs, coating them thoroughly.
Arrange the coated balls on the ungreased cookie sheet and refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
