Laundry soap is easy to buy in bulk at the right store at the right price with the right coupon. Read on for how to lay up 3 to 6 months worth of laundry detergent for only $16.00 plus tax!
Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Understand that Ajax liquid detergent is made by Phoenix Brands which also makes Fab and Dynamo.
Understand that usually the brands listed on the coupon are what the manufacturer would prefer that you buy but as long as the same company makes the product you can usually still use the coupon even though it is a different brand or type on the coupon.
For example, I once used a $1.00 off coupon to buy Edy’s Chocolate Ice Cream but the coupon was actually for $1.00 off Edy’s Light Ice Cream but since it was the same manufacturer the coupon scanned!
However, don’t try this with Proctor & Gamble coupons as these coupons have an extra line of code or a small barcode beside the main barcode that prevents them from scanning for anything other than the product on the face of the coupon. So this technique doesn’t work for every coupon, however it does work most of the time.
So let’s assume that the sale is 3 100 ounce Ajax Liquid Detergents for $5.00. You can get 4 offers with your Shop Rite loyalty card. Let’s also assume that you had six $1.00 off for 2 100 oz bottles of Fab and Dynamo coupons by Phoenix Brands.
So the Sale price is 3 bottles per offer X 4 offers= 12 bottles of Ajax Liquid Detergent.
6 coupons X $1.00 = $6.00
$20.00 for 4 offers – $6.00 coupon = 12 bottles of Ajax Laundry Detergent for only $14.00 plus tax!
12 bottles of laundry soap is enough to last a single person 6 to 8 months and is enough to last a family maybe 2.5 to 4 months depending upon how many loads of laundry you do per week.
I like to go to the 99 cents store and get maybe five Downy, Suavitel and or Purex fabric softeners maybe ten dollars worth so that I have enough to last me the three months or whatever the goal is.
