Ways of eating healthily and staying healthy.
The only time that i have been fat is when I was in my last years of primary school right up to the end of secondary school. Since leaving school I decided that I would start eating a bit better so I took a healthy packed lunch to college and joined a gym.
Since then my diet has been different as I decided to cut out crisps, chocolate, sweets, cakes, buiscuits and ice-cream and I did stick to this for about 5 years which wasnt so difficult. The only chocolate I would eat would be at christmas and then once it was gone it was gone. Nowdays I have heard that reducing your carbohydrates is a good way to stay healthy so often I will have toast for breakfast and sandwhich for lunch and in the evening I will just have meat and vegetables.
I dont really snack either and if I ever do get a bit hungry I find myself a pack of raisens to snack on. Another thing i try to do is not eat after 8pm so I give my dinner time to go down but sometimes when you get home just before 7pm thats not always easy. On fridays I have a treat day when I often buy myself a cake or buiscuit and lastly I drink lots of water throughout the day. As a result I have lots of energy throughout the day until it comes to about 10pm.
Remember eat 5 portions of fruit or vege a day
Drink lots of water
When you combine this with exercise it will leave you feeling great
