"Hi, nev’r have an ordinary day, my friends"

Hello friends, you all are so special. Never be on a strict routine/schedule. Please make time for yourself. And, the beauty of nature,…

When you start the day.. start easily, breathe in and out.

consider grabbing some v-8 juice if you like that,.  Step outside

and enjoy the beautiful day you may have.  Breathing in the fresh

air.  Consider thinking of positive thoughts.

When you have to much to do in event wise or etc.  Its recommended

to make a daily planner. Consider asking for help with the events you

have, if you can.

Consider enjoying life more.  Before you go to work and during the day.

Never take the day or night for granted.  Grab a camera and snap

those silly shots or memorable shots during the day.  Do awesome

random things.  Walk to work,.  Make a picnic lunch.  Dress a little

different, but not to weird though.  Still being in fashion.

Consider drinking healthier beverages, eating healthier foods.

Try new healthier foods, add new experiences in your life (safely)

Consider: Change your routine.  Spice up the way you wear

your clothes, color, style,. also, your furniture, your eating habits,.

Consider avoiding margarines, cooking oils, butters, and when you eat

those small bags of chips, snickers, chocolate candy bars. Consider doing

a lot more walking, lite jogging, dancer-zing, get those dancing songs out,

turn to those dancing tunes on your cd, etc player,.  Possibly do the

dancer-zing,  aerobics close to an hour.  The longer the better and always

stay hydrated.  Consider drinking some Power-ado Zero before you start

you activity.  Change possibly the way you schedule your day.
