Cut a pieces stems,add water,boil 7 min.,rub,add sugar,or vanilla,cinnamon.
dilute water potatoes starch,and mixing add in rubbing mass,boil.cool.
for 500 gram stems 1/2 l.water,3 tea.Sp.potato starch.
Sauce rhubarb.
Stems cutting cooking in boiling water to soft and rub.
Roast in butter oil flour,add from age ,salt,sugar,mixing add rubbing puree and warm to boiling.
Serve to meat dishes.
For 1.5 kg.rhubarb 2 tea.Sp.millet flour,1/2 glass forages,1 tea/Sp.salt,1 Tb.Sp.sugar.
Vinaigrette with rhubarb.
Vinaigrette or farrago dress juice from rhubarb juices stem,with taking Decoction,where cooked rhubarb.
Rhubarb puree.
Cleaning and washing,pieces cutting stems mix with sugar syrup and stew,mixing.
Rub.
Ready puree spread on a bread,serve with porridge,for filling a cooking pies.
For 100 gram.rhubarb 3/4 glass sugar.
