Grilled Eggplant and Meat With Mayonnaise – Miso Sauce Recipe.
1 tbsp vegetable oil
20 g onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
150 g lean minced beef
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 / 2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp sugar
1 teaspoon salt
200 g eggplant, sliced thin, dip briefly in boiling water, drained

1 tablespoon yellow miso
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
How to make:
1. Saute onion and garlic until fragrant and wilted.
2. Enter the beef, stirring until stiff and discolored.
