Does your son or daughter suffer from from food allergies? Here some tips.
Hello my name is Greg. I have a son that has massive food allergies and he always says that he is different and that it is a major punishment to him. When I was growing up I also has allergies to most common food. My son is allergic to:
1.) Peanuts, This will kill him easily
2.) Eggs, which is in every store bought goodie
3.) Tuna, Which he had and loved it.
My son asked me if there was a pancake that did not have eggs in it and this is the recipe that I used. I used bisquick, Milk, very little olive oil, Sugar, I made the batter very thin and he loved it. Now I make it for him when everyone else has the regular pancakes. The tuna was hard for him we both were in the hospital for 6 hours waiting. I still feel very bad for him when everyone else is eating cakes from the stores that have eggs in them. So what I do is this. Whenever you make a cake instead of using eggs use milk or any thick juice. His favorite, as well as mine because I still have food allergies is yogurt cookies if you can find the recipe in a cookbook or online. This is just a few tips on how to help you with your daughter or son who suffer from this.
