A guide on making eggs benedict.
So in cooking school we made Eggs Benedict, which are awesome. So to make this recipe we need
1 poached egg
1 slice of bread or English Muffin
1 slice of cooked ham or bacon

To make the Poached egg!
Boil 1L of water with 3 tablespoon of some vinegar. When the water is beginning to boil make a whirlpool and add the egg right in the middle of it! After that set aside from the heat and let the egg cook for 4-6 minutes.
Now we have our poached egg cooking, meanwhile toast the bread and ham in a oven.
When all done just plate your Eggs Benedict. Watching this makes me feel hungry! :O-
There are many variations of this plate. Ej:
-Eggs Florentine substitutes spinach for the ham.
-Eggs Mornay substitues the Hollandaise with Mornay cheese sauce.
