When you want to make a healthy recipe you can make it in an easy way. For example if you want to make an easy and healthy soup such as lentils soup,you just have to boil the lentils then add to them a tea spoon of cumin powder, salt, half table spoon of vegetable oil and half cup chicken broth. And now you have a healthy and easy to make soup. If you want to make healthy meat balls, you can buy a fat free minced meat. Then mix the meat with a tablespoon of the following spices: paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a table spoon of tomato sauce and minced coriander. Then form the balls and bake it in the oven. You can make with this meat a tomato sauce with minced green pepper, onions and the spices you like to put.

So from these examples you can notice that making healthy food is just to replace unhealthy ingredients with healthy ones .
