Diet Tips for Girls

First Steps.  Eat lots of good food

Why?  Because it’s good for the body and good for your brain.

Here is a sample of what you eat.

Breakfast.  A glass of freshly squeezed orange juice (or a can of fruit cocktail), a big bowl of cereal with low fat milk, in addition to beans on toast.  Smart girls know that the body uses 440 calories massive sleep 8 hours, do not skip breakfast.  They know it’s the most important meal of the day.

Lunch.  A giant sandwich of lean (or tuna), cucumber, tomato, onion, corn and anything that can fit in it.  Just go easy on fat spreads and mayonnaise.  If you manage two sandwiches, the best.  For dessert, a low-fat yogurt or the like.  Diet drinks are fine, but water is best.  By the way, the smart girls avoid sweets and soft drinks, because they know that this kind of garbage is irregular and fat.

Dinner.  Lots of potatoes and vegetables with lean meat or fish.  For dessert, fruit (including canned fruit), low-fat yogurt or a mass of low-fat ice cream.  Smart girls avoid fried foods like hamburgers, French fries, chicken nuggets, etc., because they know that it makes them tired, spotty and moody.

snacks daily.  Bring snacks, low-fat yogurt, toast and jam (jam), or cereal bowls.  However, avoid fatty foods like biscuits, sweets or cakes.  fat milk or water are the best drinks.

Second phase.  Be smart and exercising your body

Why?  Because otherwise it will slow, boring and unhealthy.  So if you do not play sports, go to 20 minutes brisk walking each day.  You do not feel like it at first, but then you feel good.  Go to a friend or a dog, or even your mother, but to fresh air.  Which reminds me, do not smoke!  Only the most stupid teen smoking: Do not join their club.

Third step.  Get enough sleep

Follow these three steps and I guarantee you will feel good.  Having an active mind, body, beautiful and full of energy.  The result?  You will feel fantastic!

Too boring?

If you think this sounds too boring for words, let me tell you something.  There’s nothing more boring than a teenager with a cigarette in his mouth, a teenager who left a bar or watching TV, doing nothing.  And there’s nothing more annoying than being tired, unable to concentrate and angry with their friends.

The world is big, full of opportunities and fun.  And that is all that awaits you.  But if you do not take care of your body and mind, will lead nowhere.  Of course, smart girls know now.  Therefore a proper diet, exercise and rest a lot.
