Cooking for a single person is sometimes a difficult problem to conquer. Persons who live alone may suffer from lack of adequate nourishment. One might consider grilled food as ideal, as this entails minimum work. To make quickly prepared meals, you can easily find excellent canned foods, which you can easily combine with fresh food.

 

Fillets of white fish need the least amount of preparation. Dab butter on an enamel plate, a light dusting of flour and add pepper and salt to your tasting. Cook skin side first, turn and add a little more butter. To add taste and presentation, add some finely chopped, fresh parsley and some lemon juice.

Omelettes with a variety of fillings are ideal for a single person. Easy to make and quiet tasty. For the ideal lunch, make a cheese omelette accompanied with a packet of quick freeze spinach or mixed salad. Finish with a bowl of sliced fruit of your flavor.

 

Thus, above you can see that sometimes it is not that difficult for any single person or anyone always on the go to prepare food that is full of nourishment rather than ending up eating junk food. All you need is just will power to give it a try and you will realize that living alone is nowadays not that difficult and still eating healthy. Bear in mind that a mix of meat, vegetables and fruit not only are healthy but can make an easy meal for everyone.
