Common Cooking Ingredients that maybe useful in relieving or curing some illnesses.

Due to the high cost of medicine, here are some of common cooking ingredients that maybe useful in relieving or curing common illnesses.   A cost-effective alternative medicine to treat some diseases, which is beneficial to many of us.

Rinse the ingredients very well before using. In boiling, use stainless steel cookware only.  Boil the ingredients without cover.  To be more effective, prepare the ingredients for one-day use only.  After taking the prepared mixture, observe the patient and if there are signs of allergy, stop the medication and consult a doctor.

GARLIC

 

Lowering cholesterol or high blood pressure                   

Wash the garlic with hot water                                         

Eat 2-4 cloves during mealtime

Ringworm                                                                                                   

            Peel the garlic                                                                         

            Rub it on the affected area until it reddens

            Apply twice a day
