Chocolate Fudge

A easy way of making yummy chocolate fudge.

Recipe Ingredients:
Plain chocolate 500g
Unsalted butter 40g
Condensed milk 400g
Vanilla essence ½ tsp

Recipe Method:
Break the chocolate into pieces and place it in a pan with the condensed milk and the butter. Heat gently until the chocolate and the butter melt stirring occasionally. Do not allow to boil. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and beat in the vanilla essence. Beat the mixture for a few minutes till it starts to thicken. Lightly grease a square cake tin and pour the mixture in it. Chill in the refrigerator until firm. Remove from the tin and cut it out in squares to serve.
