Chilie Rellenos

2 7-ounce ortega green chili, diced

1 pound grated cheddar cheese

1 pound grated jack cheese

4 eggs

2 tablespoons flour

1 15-ounce can evaporated milk

1 15-ounce can tomato sauce

Layer chili and cheddar cheese in  greased 9×13-inch pan (6 layers). Mix milk, flour, eggs in blender, pour over chili and cheese. Bake in 350* oven for 1/2 hour. Remove and sprinkle all of jack cheese on top. Pour on tomato sauce and return to oven for 15 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
