Candies of Nature

The good tasting foods that nature has to offer.

Our society consumes enormous amounts of industrially manufactured foods every day. They have been stuffed with massive amounts of chemicals which are not by nature a part of our diet. One of the worst things are candies: they make you fat, sick, tired, inactive and unhappy. Literally. Of course you can remember when you last time ate a bunch of sweets feeling guilty afterwards. Then came the inactiviness and tiredness, also. Not a happy memory, is it.

The good news is that nature can offer us things which taste at least as good as candy and are a million time healthier. Here are exampels. Bon appetit.

  1. Pineapple. I could eat tons of pineapple. Deffinitely the best fruit of all time.Tastes good  and has only a little calories and is rich of vitamins.
  2. Strawberry. Does it need introduction?
  3. Apple. Fresh, rich in fibres and vitamins apple is definitely something good. An apple a day keeps the doctor away.

I have only mentioned three of these amazing tasting things. There are several others also which all you should taste. Make a mix of them, a salad or a milk shake. Don’t hesitate but try new flavours. You will feel better after eating these than eating candies. Have a orange day!
