Brown-sugar Icing

Brown-sugar icing can be used for icing cookies, cakes, and more.

1/2 cup of brown sugar

1/4 cup of water

3 squares of unsweetened chocolate

2 cups of powdered sugar

1/2 cup of butter

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1. In a smal pot, combine brown sugar, water and chocolate.

2. Stir and melt until the mixture boils.

3. Boil for a minute.

4. Remove from heat and add sugar, butter, vanilla. Mix until thickened. Spread the icing over your choice of dessert while still warm.
