This is the recipe for a fruit smoothie that is easy to make and good for you too.
1: Prepare blender and toss in 2 cups of your favorite fruits and vegetables, but make sure there are more fruits or it will not be balanced
2: Dump in one cup of your favorite yogurt
3: Put in about a scoop of ice cream
4: Add about 2 cups of ice preferebly crushed
5: Blend untill desired thickness. If you are having trouble blending, slowly add water
6: Enjoy your new favorite drink
