Almond Cake
Simple and tasty cake.
*You will need:
1) 5 yolks
2)200g powdered sugar
3)600g ground biscuits
4)100g ground almond
5)125g butter
6)2dl peach juice
7)250ml cream
*Preparation:
-Beat the yolks until they get foamy, add powder sugar(all of it), whisk until the merge, than pour mixture into pan with double bottoms. Cook until mixture thickens and until you can see the bottom of the container , when round thoroughly spoon.
-Pour the peach juice over the ground biscuits and ground almonds and well unite, both to absorb the liquid ingredients evenly. Than add the prepared filling and butter that you have whisked.
-All combine to form a mixture of the desired form.
-Decorate the cake with wiped cream and add whole almonds.
