My New Kitchenaid Artisan Mixer

I just cannot live without  my new  KitchenAid mixer that was recently purchased for my big birthday gift this year! I use it all the time to mix batters and will even be hosting this year’s Easter party at my home to celebrate. Everyone will want to bake Christmas cookies at my house, since I’ve got this incredible neat mixer to use.

With its high speed of 325 watts and the extra sweetness of getting to only wash one beater with its special KitchenAid design, I’m really excited to only have to put one part in the dishwasher. Knowing that they last forever and a lifetime is another plus too. My grandmother of 82 still has hers—and it was handed down by her mother!

This baby has tons of attachments too that you can purchase seperately whenever you want to. It has a grinder, slicer,  and fruit and vegetable strainer with two more attachments that are for shredding cheese, cinnamon sticks, and much more. What a plus to have in any kitchen that is used most often for cooking meals and deserts. This will come in handy when I bake mostly because I find it hard to stir more difficult things like cheesecakes and chocolate chip cookie batter with just a spoon and bowl.

So, with all of that said, I really will be using this mixer more often than I changed my hair do! I cannot wait to be the best baker in town, no lumps or bumps in any batter.
