I become lactose intolerant in my early adulthood. Any dairy makes me horribly sick, but I'm just as health as people that consume 'the recommended amount of dairy.' My point is a diet for one person isn't necessarily the right diet for the next person. Do your research and decide what's best for your body. Don't eat crap just because the FDA says it's good for you. And I think everyone could benefit from eating more fruits and vegetables and less processed food. period.
